Introduction
To Impart the Absolute wisdom (Brahma Vidya) which leads to Liberation to the genuine seekers. Kailash Ashram was established by His Holiness Swami Danaraj Giriji Maharaj in Rishikesh in 1880. Since then prestigious institution has been ceaselessly teaching Indian philosophy giving special emphasis on Shankara Advaita Vedanta. Ashram’s fame is due to the presence and teachings given by eminent exponents in this field. Many accomplished Acharyas, Siddhas and Enlightened souls whose exemplary life in wisdom worked as a catalyst in motivating and deeply inspiring fresh wisdom seekers who arrived here. Authentic, traditional style of vedantic teaching from here attracted people from all over the country. The name and fame of the Ashram is steadily rising as it now has 12 branches around.
